Our Mission: To empower young women through education, mentorship, leadership development, wellness, cultural pride, and community engagement.

About Us

Building pathways from high school to adulthood.

The transition from high school into adulthood can feel overwhelming. Our programs are designed especially for 11th- and 12th-grade students because they are preparing to make important decisions about college, trade school, careers, finances, relationships, leadership, and community responsibility.

We celebrate Black and African American young women while remaining open to all eligible students who can benefit from our services.
